This Work Is Not Talk Therapy
Most of us were taught to think our way through life. Talk through problems, fix mentally, suppress emotions.
The conditioning happens from a very young age.
Our nervous systems get stuck in a loop, unable to reach the surface of thoughts and into the real felt experience — where the root cause resides.
Consciousness-based healing is different. It’s not only in the body, but in the body awareness. It’s a felt and lived truth that allows the subconscious to reveal the root cause and integrate it. This is how we get to the truth and live in truth.
The Role of the Subconscious in Healing
The subconscious mind holds our past events in tiny locked pockets to keep us safe. This keeps repeating cycles of mental, emotional, and physical suffering until those cycles are integrated.
Without realizing it, subconscious memory may be keeping you:
In a loop of suffering, trauma, or worrying
Feeling unsafe, frozen, lost, or fearful
In pain in your body, mind, memory, or your softness
We safely & somatically rewire and integrate patterns.
This is NOT a ‘let’s reframe and think positive’ session. It’s a session where your subconscious can surface its gifts, and your ‘truth self’ can begin to lead.

Every session is tailored to you so you can get to the root of your system — gently, safely, truthfully.

Breathwork
Helps open the body and release tension, clear stuck emotions, and restore balance to your nervous system. By working consciously with the breath, you can calm the mind when you feel overwhelmed, activate your energy when you feel low, and reconnect with a deeper sense of freedom and presence.
Somatic bodywork practices
Help you shift from survival mode into a state of felt safety, reconnecting with your body and building a deeper sense of inner connection and presence.
Energy & heart-based practices
Support you to awaken your natural life force, open the heart, and reconnect with a sense of wholeness and aliveness
Meditation & Awareness Practices
Guide you to rest in presence, observe the mind with clarity, and cultivate a deeper connection with your feelings, emotions and the world around you.
Nervous system regulation
Supports you to increase your capacity to feel and express, to trust yourself more deeply, and to open to receiving life as it comes. It helps you understand and practice how to regulate your own system, so you can meet life with greater resilience and ease.
Self-inquiry
Invites you to uncover old beliefs and patterns, to see them with clarity and compassion, and to explore and express your true needs, wants, and desires with honesty and self-understanding.

Allow you to embody what you discover through movement, voice, stillness, or silence — bringing your insights into lived experience and daily life.
