Nervous System Foundations
Your nervous system is not something to fix —
it’s an intelligent, living part of you that has been trying to protect you your whole life.
In this 4-week practical and embodied course, you’ll learn how to understand your nervous system, not as “anxiety,” “overwhelm,” “stress” or “shut down,” but as learned patterns that can be met, soothed, and transformed.
Each week blends simple teaching with breathwork, somatic movement, touch, awareness, and guided practice — so you don’t just understand the concepts, you feel the shift in your body.
Through simple somatic tools, breathwork, movement, and real-time regulation practices, you’ll learn how to work with your nervous system instead of against it. You’ll build the inner capacity to meet life without shutting down, spiralling, or losing yourself.
You don’t need years of therapy- you need a way to understand what’s happening inside of you.
This isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about coming home - to YOU

Understand how tension reveals your history, and how to release it through breath, movement, and gentle unwinding.
So you can let your body soften without forcing it, and break the cycle of bracing that keeps you stuck.

See how your inner dialogue creates safety or threat — and learn how to shift it without bypassing.

What Each Session Includes
Every class is 75 minutes and blends:
Short, grounded teaching (no jargon, no overwhelm)
Nervous system awareness practices
Somatic movement & tension release
Breathwork
Self-soothing through touch
Meditation or guided stillness
Integration + real-life application

Course Breakdown: Nervous System Foundations — 4 Weeks
WEEK 1 — Coming Home to Yourself
The Witness, the Body & the Safety Within
In this first session, you’ll learn what the nervous system actually is — not a problem to fix, but a living intelligence that has protected you your whole life.
We’ll explore how to develop the inner witness, the part of you that can observe without getting swept away, and begin tracking subtle shifts in your body with curiosity instead of fear.
You’ll experience simple practices with breath, touch, and movement that gently show your system:
“You are safe. You can be here.”
WEEK 2 — Thoughts, Tension & the Stories Your Body Holds
How the Mind Shapes Your Physiology
This week uncovers how your thoughts can create either safety or threat — and how your body responds instantly.
You’ll learn how tension patterns form, why certain situations trigger old responses, and how to work with these in real time.
Expect a mix of grounding breathwork, somatic release, and a guided practice to shift from overthinking into embodied presence.
This is where people begin to realise:

WEEK 3 — Survival Patterns & How to Soften Them
Fawn, Flight, Freeze, Collapse — Meeting Yourself with Compassion
Here we explore your nervous system’s learned strategies — the ways you’ve protected yourself for years.
Instead of trying to change them, you’ll learn how to meet them, soothe them, and give them new options.
We’ll work with:
micro-regulations that calm your system in seconds
somatic movement to release old survival impulses
self-soothing touch to restore safety in your body
This session brings huge relief and clarity for most people:

WEEK 4 — Integration, Regulation & Returning to Whole Self
Living from a Regulated, Connected, Grounded You
In our final week, we bring everything together.
You’ll learn how to recognise your state quickly, regulate in the moment, and return to yourself when life gets overwhelming.
This session includes:
a full-body regulation sequence
a guided meditation into your deeper self
a movement practice to embody trust and connection
tools you can use daily to stay regulated and resourced
You’ll leave with a clear, embodied understanding of your system — and a toolkit you can return to again and again.

Satya is a somatic practitioner, truth guide, and embodiment teacher who helps people reconnect with the self beneath their conditioning.
Her work blends nervous system science, somatic movement, breathwork, and grounded presence — taught through the lens of deep compassion and lived experience

No. This course is designed for beginners and those returning gently to themselves. Everything is explained clearly and practiced slowly, with choice and agency.

Yes — this is a trauma-sensitive course. We work with safety, pacing, and nervous system capacity. Nothing is forced, or overwhelming. You are always in control of how much you participate.

No. Sharing is always optional. You can participate fully without speaking or sharing anything personal.

You’ll be guided in how to self-regulate in real time. You are also free to pause, turn your camera off, or step away whenever you need. This course teaches you how to listen to your body — including when to rest.

No. This is an educational, experiential course focused on nervous system awareness and regulation. While it can be deeply healing, it is not therapy or a substitute for clinical treatment.

Live attendance is recommended, but if you miss a session you will be sent the live recording so you’ll still gain value from the tools and themes.
